Business Development Manager

Nigel joined the team in 2015 to oversee the next stage of growth and development. He was previously in the Royal Air Force working on Aviation Operational Infrastructure and maintains his passion for flying.

Conference Manager

Stephanie joined to strengthen the team in 2018, returning to her hometown of Peterborough after working as an Event Organiser for a large charity in London. She is married with two young daughters who keep her too busy for any hobbies!

Laura joined the team in 2024, having worked at KingsGate Community Church for eight years prior. She brings experience in event coordination and process development to deliver excellence with simplicity. She enjoys cooking, gardening and running, though not all at the same time!

Conference Administrator

Heidi joined the team in 2024, bringing extensive administrative experience across various industries, including interior design, food processing, and charities. With a strong background in events and customer service, she values efficiency and appreciates a good spreadsheet. Originally from Greater Vancouver, Canada, Heidi enjoys exploring the historic sites in England and has recently taken up crocheting in her free time.
