MEETING ROOMS
Our bright and contemporary meeting rooms provide the ideal setting for smaller meetings, training sessions, and regular courses. They are also perfectly suited as breakout spaces for larger conferences. A range of flexible room layouts is available, including theatre, banqueting, cabaret, boardroom, U-shape, and classroom styles, allowing each space to be tailored to your specific needs.
Lake & Lewis Rooms
The Lake and Lewis Rooms, each measuring 12m by 8m, are particularly well suited to boardroom meetings for up to 24 delegates, cabaret style workshops for up to 42 delegates, or as breakout rooms for larger events.
Both rooms benefit from natural daylight and feature a small kitchenette, enabling refreshments to be served within the room, as well as private toilet facilities. They can be used individually or together to support larger conferences and meetings.
Wesley Room
The Wesley Room is a bright, contemporary space offering a clean, modern aesthetic, abundant natural light, and a flexible layout that adapts effortlessly to your vision. The room features a dual‑flooring design that naturally creates zones within the space, allowing for separate presentation areas and breakout discussions or collaborative work. The combination of carpeted and hard‑surface flooring makes the space both purposeful and adaptable, and an ideal setting for workshops, team building events, and strategy days.
Whitefield & Wilberforce Rooms
The Whitefield and Wilberforce Rooms are light-filled, modern spaces designed to support a wide range of meeting styles, with a clean aesthetic and adaptable layout. The dual‑flooring layout allows for different working zones, making it easy to transition between focused presentations, group discussions, and hands‑on collaboration. With a blend of carpeted and hard‑surface areas the rooms provide a versatile backdrop for team sessions, creative workshops, and strategic planning days.

Audio Visual Equipment
Most of our meeting rooms have audio visual and control systems pre-installed. For those without, PA equipment and audio visual or teleconferencing systems can easily be added and set up for you to use.
Car Parking
KingsGate Conference Centre boasts a 400 space free car park along with a dedicated Blue Badge parking area. There is also ample room for coach dropping off and parking during an event.
Wheelchair Access
KingsGate has full disabled access to its venue. There is a Blue Badge car park and main conference rooms are on the ground floor, with lift access to the first floor. Disabled toilets are in each corridor and on the first floor.
WiFi
KingsGate has a complimentary WiFi service throughout the building. For specialist use, dedicated links and ‘live feeds’ are also available on request, though these would be subject to a separate fee.
Child and Baby Facilities
Next to each set of toilets in the main corridors is a baby changing room.
