MARQUEE
Our two 28ft x 38ft Capri Marquees can be used individually or combined to accommodate up to 160 guests seated or 200 standing. Their modular design allows for a wide range of layouts, making them ideal for outdoor corporate events, meetings, and social gatherings. The marquees are positioned to the side of our building, with an adjacent grassed area that can be incorporated into your event.

Audio Visual Equipment
Most of our meeting rooms have audio visual and control systems pre-installed. For those without, PA equipment and audio visual or teleconferencing systems can easily be added and set up for you to use.
Car Parking
KingsGate Conference Centre boasts a 400 space free car park along with a dedicated Blue Badge parking area. There is also ample room for coach dropping off and parking during an event.
Wheelchair Access
KingsGate Conference Centre has full disabled access to its venue, starting with a dedicated car park that leads directly to the front door. The main conference rooms are all on the ground floor on one level and those on the first floor are accessible by lift. There are dedicated disabled toilet cubicles.
WiFi
KingsGate has a free WiFi service throughout the building. For specialist use, dedicated links and ‘live feeds’ are also available on request, though these would be subject to a separate fee.
Child and Baby Facilities
Next to each set of toilets in the main corridors is a baby changing room.
